Ikbal’s Project Services’ offer high quality project management, programme management and business analysis skills to deliver the solutions you need. We have experienced people to help you deliver the project you require either in accordance with PRINCE2 Structure or any other management structure. We also have Legal Project Managers should you require Solicitors to be Project Managers. Project Execution and Service Delivery

  1. Provide a full end to end project management service to deliver your project;
  2. Advise and support your staff to deliver projects providing guidance but letting you hold the reins;
  1. Analyse your requirements and help you develop a business case for change; and
  1. Leverage IS skills to give you a complete service from idea through to service delivery.

Training and Development

  1. Run workshops on the use of project methodologies, project management concepts and business analysis We can offer introductory training courses on project management and can help with job descriptions and development plans for staff with project management or business analysis responsibilities.

Advice and Consultancy

  1. Provide informal and formal advice on all aspects of project delivery.
