We feel that it is important that students, non-students and mature people get the opportunity to be taught and mentored to prepare them for the life of working in a legal environment. This can be in a capacity of a Solicitor, Manager, Receptionist, Secretary, paralegal, assistance or post-room staff.

As the founder of Ikbal Solicitors, Cameron himself was from a poor family who fought and worked really hard to achieve success. He understands the difficulties that are there and he wishes to provide opportunities and experiences to Post-16+ year olds to allow them to obtain skills to prepare them for what the world throws at them. Cameron hopes that an opportunity like this allows them to work in an office setting and allows them to obtain the necessary skills to succeed. He wants to avoid the struggles he went through for others and this is his was to give back and assist his community.
